- Require regular and consistent attendance at all meetings
- Begin and end our meetings on time
- Ensure every member is an equal partner in the group, having a say in all decisions that are made concerning the structure and operation of the organization
- Members are given the opportunity to deliver a 30-second commercial about their business each week
- Members are allowed 7-minutes to showcase their business on a rotational basis
- Members are encouraged to invite guests to meetings on a regular basis
- Hold monthly brainstorming and problem-solving sessions
- Meetings are held weekly
- Help members grow their businesses by generating and then exchanging business referrals
- Hold educational sessions on topics that are of interest and benefit to members either by utilizing the talents & skills of our members or bringing in outside presenters
- Publish a bi-monthly newsletter
- Publish a quarterly brochure
- Participate in community events, business expos, trade shows, bazaars and county fairs
- Set aside time to rejuvenate by getting together once a month in a non-business social setting
